Laguna Water enhances customer experience through its Careavan

As part of Laguna Water’s commitment to providing excellent customer service, the Company has recently introduced its Katubig Careavan! This initiative is a rolling customer service desk designed to make it easier for customers to address their concerns and mainly to increase water service connections through reconnections and new applications. The Katubig Careavan aims to serve as an avenue for customers within Laguna Water’s concession areas to discuss and seek assistance on account-related issues and concerns. The Katubig Careavan will visit different barangays (neighborhoods) to engage with residents and provide personalized assistance every month.
